A Cabin Designed for the Trip

Stand Up. Stretch Out.
At 5 feet 8 inches tall, the Citation Excel cabin provides substantially more room than a typical light jet. Its wide, stand-up cabin gives passengers room to move around during flight rather than spending the entire trip confined to their seat. N560AD's cabin features fully reclining executive seating, a two-place divan, fold-out work tables, individual passenger controls, and both USB and 110-volt power outlets. Whether you're working en route to a meeting or relaxing with your family, the cabin is designed to make the time aboard part of the trip—not simply time spent getting there.

With over 5'8" of headroom and nearly twenty feet of aisle, feel free to stand up and stretch your legs. You won't feel cramped, and neither will your guests.

Complimentary bottled water, soft drinks, ice, coffee, and assorted snacks are stocked aboard every trip. Special catering can be arranged upon request.

The Citation 560XL features a private aft lavatory with solid sliding privacy doors, flushing toilet, and a running-water sink.

No Bad Seats

From the six fully-articulating and reclining main cabin seats to the generous two-place couch, there aren't any second rate seats.  Even the optional 9th side-facing seat is comfortable and spacious.

Less Runway, More Airports

One of the Citation Excel's defining characteristics is its combination of a midsize cabin with strong runway performance. This allows Air Direct to consider many smaller airports that may not be practical for other aircraft, placing you closer to your actual destination—reducing driving time on both ends of your trip.

Four-Hour Nonstop Capability

With 5.5 Hours of fuel on board, the Citation 560XL can easily fly 4-hour legs with NBAA IFR fuel reserves.  Burning half the fuel of other midsize jets means that the 560XL can stay in the air longer than its competition and go further, for far less cost.  Click the map above for a full-size range map.

Bring More Than a Carry-On

One of the Excel's Biggest Advantages Is Behind the Cabin: The exceptionally large 80-cubic-foot baggage compartment rated for up to 700 pounds. That makes N560AD especially well suited for trips involving Golf clubs or Ski equipment. Unlike smaller business jets, the Excel has space for the things you're bringing with you.

We're very proud to offer one of the most advanced onboard connectivity solutions available today, but we do recognize that in-flight internet technology continues to evolve.

Wi-Fi speed and performance during flight can be influenced by several factors—such as weather conditions, the number of connected users on board, antenna elevation, and the aircraft’s position within the satellite beam.

Additionally, bandwidth is shared among aircraft operating in the same airspace.
This means that in highly congested airspace passengers may experience slower connection speeds due to increased demand.
